Promoters are booking Meek Mill for different tours and club appearances, and he really puts on a show with him when her performs.

Meek first started out in hip-hop as a member of the group “BloodHoundz”, that was a collaboration between him and his friends. Once all his friends started getting locked up, the group eventually fell apart. Meel Mill released the mixtape Flamerz 2 in 2008 which spawned singles like “I’m So Fly” and “Hottest In The City” which caught the attention of local label executives. Charlie Mack, who is the founder of 215Aphillyated Records signed Millz to his management company, and it was through this that he would be hooked up with T.I and offered to become a part of the Grand Hustle family. It was during this time that T.I began to get into legal problems, and Meek Mill had his own legal problems as well that led to them never being able official sign things off.

Meek Mill collaborated with Rick Ross on his single “Rose Red”, which the 2 had linked up through Twitter. After the song started to heat up the streets, Rick Ross announced signing of him and Wale to his label. After this, everybody began to take notice of Meek Mill and he was even featured on the cover of XXL with the other top freshmen for that year. He was featured on first single from the Maybach Music compilation called “Tupac Back” that climbed the charts and “Ima Boss” that was another hit as well. After these hits, he released his mixtape “Dreamchasers” that blew him up even further, and promoters were starting to book Meek Mill for clubs and all types of tours.

He released another mixtape in 2012, called “Dreamchaers 2” that was another big release and featured big singles like “Amen” with Drake, “A1 Everything” featuring Kendrick Lamar, and “Racked Up Shawty” featuring French Montana and Fabolous. When the mixtape was released, it was downloaded millions of times on Datpiff.com. This would set him up to release his album, and Meek Mills booking price would go up as well along with his fame. To solidify things before his albums release, he signed with Roc Nation Management, and was soon named one of the hottest rappers in the game by MTV.

He released his album “Dreams and Nightmares” that year and it landed at #2 on the charts and had first week sales of 165,000. The album included hits like “Believe”, and “Amen”, and he was becoming one of the most popular rappers in the game. He also had a beef with Cassidy, that saw them both release a few diss records. Meek Mill is definitely one of the artists that will get you hype at your event.
