With the exception of private events (corporate), you will need to have the budget already set-up for your event, venue reserved, and a date.
Where can I find artist booking prices?
Artist prices are not published. When you want to secure an artist, you have to make an offer. Even though, you do not want to be too high or too low, you need to base your offer on your budget. We have exact prices for many artists, and for other artists we use historical data along with data from their current activity (music sales, radio play, recent ticket prices, show attendance, etc). Some offers may include a flat fee which is the guarantee, in addition to a percentage of the NET profit.
How much do I have to pay the artist up front?
In order to lock in a date, you will need to make a full 50% deposit. The deposit typically goes straight to the artist management or representative, and not to us.
When do I have to pay the balance of the artist fee?
Unless you have a “Door Deal” where the artist tour manager has control over the box office, the remaining balance will be due on the day of the event when they arrive.
What other costs are involved in addition to the artists booking fee?
